Delight your guests with a very authentic Italian food experience!
A typical Italian meal consists of an appetizer (antipasto) to stimulate the appetite, a first course (il primo) usually based on pasta, rice or soups, a second course (il secondo) based on meat or fish, possibly served together with a side dish based on vegetables (il contorno). The feast is closed with an espresso (il caffe’) accompanied with desserts (il dolce). The final touch usually is liquor, to help with the digestion (l’ammazza-caffe’). Rest assured that you and your guests will be taken good care of.

After deciding on your personal event menu and confirming the date, Chef Angela takes care of the rest! From shopping for food and ingredients, to any preparation work, Chef Angela will arrive to set up in time for your guests to enjoy the antipasti, and will prepare, cook, and serve the meals, and of course leave your kitchen clean – and often with a little bit of leftovers.
