Cooking Instructions

Bring the best out of your lasagna!
Bake in a preheated 375 °F (190 °C) oven for about 40 to 50 minutes if frozen, or 30 to 40 minutes if unfrozen: the crunchy corners mean lasagna is ready… Italians would fight over a crunchy corner! Let it rest 10 minutes before serving: this is highly recommended… a common Italian saying is that lasagna is even better the day after!

    My daughter is a vegetarian so I was happy to see Angela had a vegetarian option. I usually try to eat vegetarian as well which I enjoy and now encouraged by my daughter. One thing about my vegetarian daughter, she’s not super in vegetables (of course), but Angela’s artichoke lasagna made her a fan of that vegetable. I still cannot get her perfect texture of pasta out of my head! You must try her lasagna, you will not be disappointed!

    My picky eater husband is obsessed with this lasagna. It does not leave you with a heavy feeling and the sauce is incredibly delicate. Very balanced flavors and the artichoke is simply delicious.

    This is my favorite dish that Bellangela makes! It’s definitely guest-worthy and feels like an extra special entre to serve up. We just don’t often make lasagna without red sauce in the states so it feels (and tastes) like a more elevated dining experience. The artichoke lasagna is both delicate tasting and incredibly rich at the same time. I highly suggest it!

    I wanted to try something different so I ordered this vegetarian lasagna. I rarely have artichoke and was curious how this would taste in a lasagna. I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. The noodles in the lasagna was amazing – hard to describe – but the texture was smooth and cooked just right. If you want to try something different than the classic red lasagna, I highly recommend this.
    The medium size pan (8×8) was the perfect size for my family of 4.
