We loved this lasagna! It’s loaded with artichokes between thin layers of pasta and paired with a delicate white sauce. This dish filled us up without making us feel heavy or overfed. Truly a refreshing alternative to a meat & red sauce lasagna.

The artichoke lasagna with bechamel sauce is SO satisfying and delectable. You feel like you’re indulging in something incredibly sinful because the taste is so rich, but you know every ingredient is fresh and has been carefully sourced by Chef Angela. If you’ve only ever had meat and tomato-based lasagna you must broaden your horizons with this one!

We ordered this vegetarian lasagna as part of Chef Angela’s Valentine’s meal. We celebrated at home with our two children, one of which is a very picky eater. What a delicious meal it was!! Even our most picky of eaters in our home ate almost half the lasagna herself! We should have ordered more for leftovers. The lasagna was loaded with artichokes and the pasta was light and thin. The whole house smells amazing and our bellies are full. We will definitely be ordering this again and highly recommend it. Grazie!

Chef Angela Belli’s artichoke lasagna is the real deal! Silky smooth pasta and the truest artichoke flavor imaginable. A taste that lingers in your mouth and makes you salivate for more. I have eaten in Italy on multiple trips and I can say that Chef Angela’s cuisine is totally authentic Italian cuisine!

I wanted to try something different so I ordered this vegetarian lasagna. I rarely have artichoke and was curious how this would taste in a lasagna. I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. The noodles in the lasagna was amazing – hard to describe – but the texture was smooth and cooked just right. If you want to try something different than the classic red lasagna, I highly recommend this.
The medium size pan (8×8) was the perfect size for my family of 4.

This is my favorite dish that Bellangela makes! It’s definitely guest-worthy and feels like an extra special entre to serve up. We just don’t often make lasagna without red sauce in the states so it feels (and tastes) like a more elevated dining experience. The artichoke lasagna is both delicate tasting and incredibly rich at the same time. I highly suggest it!

My daughter is a vegetarian so I was happy to see Angela had a vegetarian option. I usually try to eat vegetarian as well which I enjoy and now encouraged by my daughter. One thing about my vegetarian daughter, she’s not super in vegetables (of course), but Angela’s artichoke lasagna made her a fan of that vegetable. I still cannot get her perfect texture of pasta out of my head! You must try her lasagna, you will not be disappointed!
