Mandorlini are gluten- and dairy-free from an old recipe from my hometown Sezze, Italy. I’ve mastered the technique from my grandma Vincenzina and revisited the old recipe with my mom Patrizia. The taste hasn’t changed: it is just like a flashback of my childhood when I have one!
