Mandorlini are gluten- and dairy-free from an old recipe from my hometown Sezze, Italy. I’ve mastered the technique from my grandma Vincenzina and revisited the old recipe with my mom Patrizia. The taste hasn’t changed: it is just like a flashback of my childhood when I have one!

    Cute little cookies. I had never had it before but it sure is yummy. It is hard to describe as it is so different than the typical sweet American cookies. It has a chewy consistency in the middle. Not too sweet and has a hint of almond flavor. Perfect for your afternoon teas with girlfriends.
