Cooking Instructions

Frozen fresh egg pasta.
Add frozen pasta to boiling and salted water. Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes. Drain the pasta, NOT under running water, then add Bellangela bolognese ragu making sure to mix all together. Add some more bolognese ragu on top and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano. Serve hot.
