October and November will feature the queen of Fall season: the pumpkin!
Chef Angela will teach you ‘Zucca croccante al forno‘ – Crunchy butternut squash flatbread – a traditional recipe of her hometown Sezze, just outside of Rome, as her grandma Vincenzina used to make: this recipe was even featured in US Personal Chef Association’s Magazine! Chef Angela will also pair it with the perfect Italian white wine.
Upon registration, you will receive Zoom link, recipe, and Amazon grocery shopping list.
This is a virtual live cooking class. A computer with internet is required. Video is encouraged so participants can interact. One payment per camera attending.
